Organized by BOAT(NR), Ministry of Education, Government of India, in association with Gurukul P.G College, Dungarpur

We are pleased to invite you to participate in a Job Fair for Apprenticeship Training organized by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (Northern Region), Ministry of Education, Government of India, in collaboration with Gurukul P.G College, Dungarpur. This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with over 50 large and medium-scale companies, explore apprenticeship and job opportunities, and take a significant step forward in your career.

Event Details:

  • Date: 21st December 2024
  • Time: 9:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
  • Venue: Gurukul P.G College Dungarpur, Rajasthan
  • Expected Participants: Over 50 renowned companies

Eligibility:

  • Graduate and Diploma in any field such as Diploma Engineering, Graduate Engineering (B.Tech), BA, BSc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, BHM, BFT, B.Ed, B.Pharma, D.Pharma, B.Sc/GNM Nursing, Diploma in Fire & Safety, etc.
  • Passing Year: 2020/2021/2022/2023/2024/2025

ABOUT NATIONAL APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING SCHEME (NATS)

National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is one of the flagship Programme of Government of India. It is Implemented by Boards of Apprenticeship Training / Practical Training located at Kanpur, Chennai, Mumbai, and Kolkata under Ministry of Education by utilizing the facilities available in the industries for providing skill-based training to Graduate & Diploma pass outs in Engineering & Technology and Graduate in General Stream pass outs as Graduate and Technician apprentices and Graduate/Diploma students pursuing sandwich courses as Graduate/Technician sandwich apprentice under the Apprentices Act, 1961, as amended in 1973 and thereafter. 
 
Apprentices are provided on-the-job training by employers using the facilities / resources available under the supervision of trainers through structured training modules to ensure the apprentices acquire skills and competencies after the training which will enhance their confidence and employability. During the period of apprenticeship training, the apprentices are paid monthly stipend. Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) has been implemented in NATS from FY 2023-24 and Govt. share of monthly stipend is being paid directly in the bank account of apprentices through DBT.
 

After successful completion of training, the apprentices are issued a Certificate of Proficiency by Government of India which is considered as one year experience when they go for further employment.
